Senior Visual Arts Majors to Present Short Films

As the academic year comes to a close, it’s more than just classes and finals that are wrapping up. Senior Visual Arts major Tim Jalbert has prepared to present his senior thesis, a screening of his short film, “Man With Strings,” a presentation open to the community.

The first screening will take place this evening in conjunction with Cary Kehayan’s presentation of “I Speak, You Understand Me” at 7 p.m. in the Visual Arts Complex on the lower level of the Leon Lowenstein building. Refreshments will be served and a reception is to follow at Bar Nine on 9th Ave. between 53rd and 54th Sts.

Can’t make it? Screen “Man With Strings” on its own on Tuesday, May 11 at 7 p.m. in the Visual Arts Complex. Again, refreshments will be served and a reception will follow at Gin Mill on Amsterdam Ave. between 81st and 82nd Sts.

Good luck to all seniors still waiting presentations of their theses in all departments of Fordham College at Lincoln Center!
