Students to Wear Pink Flowers at Commencement in Honor of Casey Feldman

Friends of the late Casey Feldman, who should have been graduating next week with the rest of her class, are not letting her presence be forgotten at this year’s commencement. Her former roommates have begun an initiative inviting any interested members of the senior class to wear pink flowers on their gowns in Casey’s honor at next weekend’s commencement ceremony. Kelsey Butler, FCLC ’10, and Janine Repka, FCLC ’10, are spearheading the movement and spreading the word organically after being prohibited from alerting the senior class through an official university mass email.

Repka and Butler are asking interested students to send them an email (janine.repka [at] gmail [dot] com or butler.kelsey [at] gmail [dot] com) by tomorrow evening if they would like to be included in the group purchase, or all students are welcome to purchase a flower directly at afloral.com.
