Happy Earth Day!

Everyone’s recent obsession with “going green,” in a conscious effort to benefit our beloved planet- will cause this year’s Earth Day to be acknowledged more than ever before.  Earth Day is not just for those green advocates who recycle, eat organic food, and drive hybrid vehicles though.  Instead, it is the one day out of the entire year that us inhabitants of earth get to show appreciation for the beautiful land and seas we so easily take for granted each and every day.  

With this being said, I highly recommend giving back to earth this April 22nd. Even the slightest effort can make a difference.  Honestly, would it hurt to turn off all the lights when leaving the rooms in your home, or perhaps break your every day cycle and ride your bike to work instead of driving your car?  So before you’re so hasty to ignore Earth Day as a tree-hugger holiday this year, remember all the lovely things you enjoy about calling this place your home.
