Spend an Evening with Vince Lombardi, FCRH ’37

The Fordham Association, Office of Alumni Relations and Office of Athletics Development have teamed up to host dinner and a Broadway show honoring “one of Fordham’s most famous alumni, Vince Lombardi, FCRH ’37,” at the end of this month.

Joseph M. McShane, S.J., president of Fordham University, Frank X. McLaughlin, executive director of intercollegiate athletics and recreation, and Tom Masella, head football coach, will be in attendance.

Here’s the scoop on the performance:

Lombardi, a new American play from Academy Award-winning playwright Eric Simonson, is based on the best-selling Vince Lombardi biography When Pride Still Mattered: A Life of Vince Lombardi, by Pulitzer Prize-winning author David Maraniss. This original work brings the audience into the life and times of one of America’s most
inspirational and mercurial personalities, Hall of Fame football coach, Vince Lombardi. Tony
Award-nominee Thomas Kail directs the play. Dan Lauria and Judith Light head the cast.

An orchestra ticket is $80, or $130 for both the orchestra ticket and dinner. Details are below:
